Michael Fleming

Michael leads the GARLAND compliance team. This includes our services as Assigned Certifier under the Building Control Amendment Regulations and our Project Supervisor Design Process services under the Safety Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations. This is a rapidly growing area for the company and Michael has firmly established himself as one of the leading professionals in this field in Ireland. He is a chartered engineer who has recently completed his Masters in Engineering Management. He also holds a post graduate diploma in Health & Safety form Trinity College Dublin.
