Roisin Kelly is Head of Health, Safety and Environment at daa, with over 15 years’ experience delivering health and safety leadership across major construction and infrastructure projects in Ireland, the UK, Canada and Australia.
Roisin has held senior HSE roles in high-risk, complex environments, including major projects with Balfour Beatty (UK) and Downer Group (Australia), and has extensive experience working on both client and contractor sides of the industry. This breadth of experience gives her a practical, solutions-focused perspective on how safety performance can be strengthened through leadership, collaboration, and effective frontline supervision.
Roisin is a Chartered Member of IOSH and holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Safety Systems from the National University of Ireland, Galway, as well as a Diploma in Construction Law from the Law Society of Ireland.
Roisin is a current member of the Construction Safety Partnership Advisory Committee (CSPAC), where she works with industry partners to drive improvements in construction safety across Ireland. She is particularly passionate about the critical role of site supervisors in building strong safety cultures and preventing workplace harm.
