Louise Martin

Louise has worked with Walls Construction Ltd. as part of the HSE team for just over 16 years. She is passionate about all aspects of health, safety, well-being and environmental management. In early 2022, Louise was asked to lead the company’s ESG journey, continuing to build and improve on the great work done to date on HSE management and CSR in the company. With the support of the senior team, Louise’s role is to guide, encourage and promote sustainable decision-making throughout every element of the business endeavouring to ensure that the future of the company considers people and planet as a fundamental priority.
