John Desmond is the Managing Director of Cygnum, one of Irelands largest manufacturers of timber frame buildings. John is a UCD Forestry graduate. He spent his early working years in the sawmilling industry until 1997 when he co-founded Cygnum in Macroom, Co. Cork. Cygnum supply the house building and commercial building markets in Ireland.
