Bernard Brogan

Bernard is the Chief Commercial Officer and co-founder of PepTalk, the market leading Psychological Safety & Culture Platform. PepTalk delivers employee engagement through measurement, insight and action. In 2022, PepTalk was named one of the Deloitte Fast 50, one of Ireland’s foremost technology awards. Bernard also co-founded one of Ireland’s leading digital marketing and sponsorship agencies Legacy Communications. For 15 years Bernard played with the Dublin Senior Football team, where he was part of seven All-Ireland senior triumphs. He has been awarded four All-Star awards and was named Footballer of the Year in 2010.
