Rhealyn Mugri

Rhealyn Mugri holds a Master of Science in Leadership, Innovation, and Technology from the Technological University in Dublin, Ireland. With over 10 years of experience, she is a seasoned Project Manager specialising in delivering successful digital, IT, and software development projects within the FinTech sector. Rhealyn is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), an Agile Coach accredited by the International Consortium for Agile, and a certified Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe 6) Practice Consultant. In addition to her career, Rhealyn is also an entrepreneur and was a finalist in the Network Ireland – Wicklow Branch’s Businesswoman of the Year 2024 for the STEM category. She is the Founder of The Digital Projects, an SEO and Marketing Automation Agency, in Dublin. She is passionate about sharing knowledge and continues to expand her expertise through various events and conferences. Rhealyn is dedicated to giving back to the community and volunteers with organisations such as Women in AI Ireland.
