Kathy O’Leary

Kathy graduated from Trinity College with an honours degree in civil engineering. She worked in the construction industry in the UK and Australia before returning to Ireland to join BAM Ireland. She worked in project management before specialising in HSE to take on the lead role in BAM. She has extensive experience operating at a senior leadership level with depth experience in formulating and implementing successful health, safety, environmental and corporate social responsibility policies and strategies. She has more than 20 years of experience in managing health, safety & environmental aspects of major programmes with significant risk profiles.
