MOVING FROM REACTIVE RESPONSE

The Authority’s Strategy 25 – 27 focuses on Building and Supporting Compliance and Influence, Educate and Collaborate. The HSA in collaboration with the CIF have a number of initiatives to support the delivery of this strategy. This presentation will focus on initiatives in 2025 – 2026 to increase awareness, educate and work in collaboration with stakeholders. The CIF working in partnership with the HSA focusing on campaigns to reduce serious and fatal accidents from critical hazards, such campaigns include the All Island Work at Height Campaign and the new upcoming Plant and Machinery Campaign. Other occupational health focus initiatives include Silica Dust Exposure, UV and Psychosocial Wellbeing initiatives.
