Kay Doyle

Kay Doyle is the Director of Health & Safety in Iarnród Eireann with extensive experience leading workplace safety strategy, safety management systems,  compliance, and culture transformation. She has worked in a range of roles across the company, including train operation, freight, infrastructure, and safety.  In her current role Kay drives initiatives that protect people, strengthen operational resilience, and support organisational excellence. She collaborates closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to embed best-practice safety standards and deliver measurable, sustainable improvements across the business.
