Niamh McNulty

Niamh McNulty has recently taken up a new role as HSE Regional Lead for Building & Infrastructure, Ireland with Jacobs Engineering. Niamh has over 30 years’ work experience in health and safety, accident prevention, insurance and claims management, predominantly within the civil engineering industry. Prior joining Jacobs, Niamh worked for OMC Multi Disciplinary Consultancy and in Civil Engineering and Contracting for 24 years in a Health & Safety capacity. Her experience has largely been in civil engineering and roadworks projects as well as water, wastewater, rail, bridge road and specialist engineering projects. In her role, she was actively involved in the development and promotion of a functional and effective Safety Management Systems (SMS) and lead and supported the company through a journey of Health & Safety awareness and development. Niamh is a strong proponent of the evolution of safety within the Construction Industry and has a keen interest in psychological safety. Niamh is actively involved in the Construction Industry Federation (CIF) Safety Policy Committee and has been a Chartered Member of IOSH since 2005.
